I am always a sucker for a good “FINDING OUT I’M PREGNANT WITH BABY #X” video. There is something so primordially moving about watching a fellow woman react to seeing those two pink lines, with all that they signify for her, her life, her future. It may be a bit voyeuristic, but I find there is something so special about watching that moment unfold in real time on camera, that unique glimpse into the heart of someone who, seconds before, was just a woman, but now is mother, flaming forth from her soul in gasps, tears, trembling, a hand clasped over the mouth.
Being “on the other side of the camera,” so to speak, isn’t always Instagram worthy, though.
